Music Videos Rock!

Hey guy so I just wanted to let everyone know that this is the last blog post of this school year! I'll probably be posting more actively in august when the next school begins. Yeah so hope you enjoyed!

Each member of our team, Talia, Asha , and I contributed by all being in the music video and having a fairly equal amount of being in front and behind the camera. We all had a chance to edit and we all agreed and really like the song we chose. My friend Luca also contributed in our music video even though he's not on our team or class, but he helped us by being the man that we all rejected so big thanks to him! We also all helped out to plan the music video and we all did our fair share to keep this project organized and not getting out of hand. We were also very cooperative with each other and it was very fun to see the finished product after all the hard work we've put into making it.

I think a part that our audience will enjoy most is the dancing and towards the end where Talia Asha, and I are laughing and falling together. In my opinion I think those parts will be the most entertaining part to watch because I can't dance and it's probably not gonna look like I'm not dancing because I really am that bad. I think they would enjoy this because its also funny and unusual because not a lot of people in our class will be trying to dance in high heels. Another part I think the audience will enjoy is when our friend Luca is chasing us in the music video because I found it hilarious the way he ran it looked like he was gonna eat us...

I think the MV shows what we learned this year by showing a bunch of different shot types that we've learned, how to edit some video, putting on different effects to match up with the video so we could engage the audience.  Also when we have the finished product you could tell how well we worked together with our teammates, this shows what we've learned this year because and we've been doing this mostly thought the year. The MV also shows what we've learned this year because at the end we put a poster of us that we made using photoshop. The photoshop poster we made is very eye catching and I think our team did a pretty good job on it, we cut our selfs out just like how we did in our double exposed project so we did show some stuff in our MV from what we've learned this year.

Lyrical Livelihood

My favorite song is Honey Im good and its by Andy Grammer. The lyrics in this song makes me feel like I want to dance because the song is really catchy and up beat. I just found this song a couple of weeks ago but since it still feels new and fresh in my mind I actually really like it. If you listen to it you can hear a little country beat but its not too much which is the reason why its very fun too listen too. This song also makes me feel hungry, I don't know why maybe because I'm always hungry or either the song makes me hungry which I kinda highly doubt...

The music video song that my team Talia, Asha, and I chose to do is All the Single Ladies by Beyonce. We chose this song because in the music video theres three girls and we thought that would be good because were three girls and we are all single ladies. Also the lyrics and the song overall is very fun and up beat song. We felt the song really relates to us and we all love Beyonce's songs.

The visual story that our music video will be trying to tell is about how its good to be single. But it says more than that, the song basically says about how guys had their chance to be with them, that if they liked them they should've put a ring on it and how now these girls are rejecting them because its too late to go back to them. Were going to try and tell this by creating our own little story and dance. If you've ever seen the real music video for this song theres Beyonce in the middle and there are two back up dancers on the sides of her. Talia will be playing the main Beyonce in the middle because she has a super swag afro and Asha and I are going to be the back up dancers.
